ok ill make this one short, about a week after i got my car i had to take it in so they could add special treatment for the upholstery so i wake up at the butt crack of dawn to take my car in cuz they said it would only take two hours... (yeah right) but i wanted it done since my new car had tan interior which i hate... and still to this day.. so after 4 hours i get a ride to pick up my car and this is what i see

at first they didn't take responsibility for that. but in the end he admitted it was there guy who jacked it up something about how my cars front end is longer than most cars so when he drove it off the lift it scratched along the side, that's how it happened. im just glad they fixed it
